Classic Viking: igniters still glow, but too weak to open the gas valve fully, so preheat drags past 30 minutes or the burner lights late. We measure igniter current draw instead of guessing and replace them as a set. On dual-fuel models, a bake temperature stuck at 350 usually means the relay board, not the sensor.
A 5Hr code on a Viking fridge points to the defrost system - evaporator thermistor, defrost relay, or the board. A freezer drain that keeps freezing is a known Viking pattern: we reposition the defrost sensor and extend the drain instead of just steaming the ice off.
