Yes. It is a requirement for all our customers to be present during the time of a service appointment. If you are not able to be present, make sure to give us a call and we will reschedule to a more suitable time.

Also know as MASPG, the Original Blue Book is a pricing guide that helps appliance repair specialists determine a legitimate price for a repair. Labor prices vary between $150 - $450 on the low end, and $500 - $800 on the high end.
