High-rise water pressure is another constant. Above the 40th floor, pressure fluctuations affect everything from ice makers to washing machine fill valves. Ventless dryers are standard — these buildings are sealed tight with central HVAC, and most boards prohibit any exterior venting. The brands match the price tags: Thermador, Bosch, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Miele. Full doorman service, freight elevators, COI always required, and most buildings want 24-48 hours advance notice.
